2009 PVMAC Membership

The Club has purchased a new system for making the membership cards.  It prints all your information on a plastic card including your picture without laminating.  If you plan on renewing your 2009 PVMAC membership we can use your existing information, or put a new picture of you on it.  If you want a new picture on it the club will be taking pictures at each General Meeting.  John Maxwell will have a digital camera, take your picture and will use it on your 2009 membership card.

All PVMAC members are required to have a valid AMA membership. If you do not have an AMA membership and would like to be a PVMAC member please apply for one now | AMA membership applications

All new adult memberships require a $120.00 initiation fee plus dues. Spouses/children of current members (child must be under 18 years), juniors (under 22 years), and youths (under 18 years) do not require an initiation fee | New Membership form (pdf)
 

PVMAC memberships expire on 12/31 of each year. Membership renewals for the following year must be postmarked by 12/31 - no exceptions | Membership renewal form (pdf)
 

• Existing member annual dues - $80.00
• New member initiation fee and annual dues - $200.00
• New member initiation fee and annual dues after June 30 - $160.00
• Spouse or child of current member (child less than 18 years) - $10.00 (Reduced - $20.00 in 2006)
• Jr. Adult (under 22 years, id required, no initiation fee) - $60.00
• Youth (under 18 years, id required, no initiation fee) - $20.00 (Reduced - $60.00 in 2006)

• Check (payable to PVMAC), money order, or cashiers check. No cash.
